LLI and CHCI form partnership

The partnership between The Lincoln Leadership Institute at Gettysburg (LLI) and the Center for Human Capital Innovation (CHCI) is designed to create better government through its investment in its people.

In one of the organizations’ first joint efforts, LLI Founder and President Steven B. Wiley and CHCI Principal and Partner Allan Schweyer will present a session July 11 at the Excellence in Government: The Premier Conference for Federal Managers. Using Gettysburg as a backdrop, Wiley and Schweyer will discuss how leaders can be successful in rapidly changing environments—even with limited resources and information. For more information about the session, visit www.excelgov.com/july_1.3.

As part of the partnership, LLI will be featured in CHCI webcasts; co-sponsor research white papers, workshop and courses; sponsor CHCI live events/conferences; and serve on CHCI’s advisory board.
